The five compartments are actually deep enough to hold my ladles and tongs upright, and the expandable sides snapped into place perfectly to fit my odd-sized drawer. Even the long slot for skewers got used, which I didn't expect.

Finally got my drawer organized without having to measure a thing, the expanding sides just flex to fit the space. Those five deep compartments actually hold my ladles and tongs upright, and that long skinny section is perfect for my kebab skewers that used to roll everywhere.

Almost gave it five stars, but the sections aren't quite wide enough for my thickest wooden spoons to sit flush. That said, the expandable sides really do flex to fill the drawer perfectly, and the long skewer slot keeps everything from rattling around.
