Handi-Zest™ Green Citrus Zester

The little wiper on the back of the blade actually works, I scraped a lemon and got a full pile of zest instead of half of it stuck in the grooves. Blade is properly sharp too, glides right through the peel without digging into the pith.

I’ve wasted so much zest over the years scraping the back of my old zester, so the little blade wiper on this one is honestly a game changer for me. The blade itself is razor sharp too, so it takes almost no effort to get a fine, fluffy pile of peel.

The etched blade glides through lime peels effortlessly and the wiper on the back scoops up every last bit of zest, which my old grater never managed. It’s cut my prep time for cocktails down to nearly nothing and cleanup is a quick rinse.
