I’ve had this on the counter for a week and the corkscrew pulls even stubborn wine corks out cleanly without breaking. The fact that the foil cutter pops off for easy rinsing is a smart touch that actually makes cleanup effortless.
The foil cutter snaps off and on so cleanly that I actually use it to slice the seal before I even pull the cork. Takes up barely any drawer space, and the screw grips the cork straight without any wobble.
I’ve been through a few corkscrews that strip cheap corks, but the foil cutter here actually removes the seal cleanly before I even get to the screw. The bottle-cap opener on the other end is a nice bonus, and the whole thing takes up barely any drawer space.
