The meat grip on one side is a game changer for carving roasts, it holds everything steady so I don’t have to wrestle with the cutting board. Flipping it over for everyday veg prep keeps the smooth side clean and scratch-free.
The flip side being a smooth cutting board means I can carve a roast on the grippy side and then just flip it over for chopping veggies without switching boards. It’s saved me so much counter space and cleanup during Sunday dinners.
