Installed it above my washer in about ten minutes and now I’ve got a proper spot to hang shirts right after they finish drying. The rail folds flat against the wall when I’m done, which saves me so much floor space in the laundry room.
The retractable mechanism clicks back into place smoothly, which makes it easy to tuck away after ironing. Installation took me about ten minutes with the included hardware, though I wish the rail were a touch sturdier for heavier wet items. Solid little helper for small apartments.
