The folding design is such a timesaver when I'm moving chopped veggies from the board straight into the pot, and the two colors make it easy to keep one for raw meat and one for produce. Cleanup is quick since the hinge doesn't trap food like I worried it might.

The hinge folds tight enough that I can shake the board a bit while transferring chopped veggies to the pot, and nothing slips out. Only gripe is the blue colour is a touch darker than the photos, but that's cosmetic.

The fold-to-pour hinge works exactly as promised, and I like that the two colors keep raw meat and veggies separate. It's a bit bulky to store flat in my drawer, but for the convenience of zero spillage when transferring to the pot, I'll take it.
